Syrian Rue Germination

I need info on growing syrian rue. I am trying to germinate it. What is the best medium to use, time duration before they start to sprout?...

Syrian rue likes a well-drained not too damp and not too rich medium. The seed flat must be kept in the dark for the seeds to germinate. The temperature should be about 21 degrees Celsius (70 degrees Fahrenheit). Under those conditions we have had germination in 9 days.
