Pau d'Arco is a herb from the Brazilian rainforest that has a reputation for boosting the immune system. The tea has been used for the treatment of cancer. More recently herb experts have suggested that it is more useful for the prevention of cancer, which presumably comes under attack by a strengthened immune system.
