Saw Palmetto Berries

I received some saw palmetto berries from you some time ago. Can you please tell me what part of the berry is used? Is it the inner berry ground with the shell or just the inner berry by itself?

The whole dried berry is used. We are not aware of any research that would suggest that any one part of the berries are more effective medicinally.
