Is there an herb to enhance the fullness of breasts?

Thomas Bartram, "Encyclopedia of Herbal Medicine" [available from Richters] states that in Costa Rica use Saw Palmetto berries to increase the size and firm the breast.
Bartram states that Fenugreek tea is an Arabian medicine "for alluring roundness of the female breast". The tea is made by simmering 1-2 teaspoons of crushed fenugreek seed in a cup of water for 15 minutes.
