Rosemary as Treatment for Lice

I want to use rosemary leaves to help with a lice problem. Is there a special recipe for this?

I have never heard of using rosemary as a louse remedy. Dissolving any louse remedy in rosemary tea would be beneficial for the hair and scalp. Mixed with borax it is good for getting rid of dandruff. I could find nothing about insecticidal properties, but it has bactericidal properties.
